Well, where I am, "lady" is used... rather loosely, if you catch my drift.
So to me, a classy woman is mostly a woman who doesn't want to "fuck all the bucks." Not necessarily that she's a virgin, just that she isn't willing to do people all the time.
I mean, I do have friends that are like that... I just wouldn't date any of them. I'm not interested in any of that, to be honest.
Oh, also knowing how to be polite. That's rather important, if rare.
