what happens when they're released and kill or molest again.
it happens much more than a wrong death sentence.
isn't locking them up forever more cruel, though i guess like all experiences we adapt.
aren't we really just changing their lifestyle when we lock em up for ever?
i actually like the idea of televising it that benny suggested but for muder. i think murder a harder one to give the dp for. would it be the DP for 2nd degree as well as for 1st degree?
