I, like you, I think, was flabbergasted when a couple of these people came forward, saying they had warned him he was taking big risks. On the face of it, they could face charges -- and yet, they, and people like them, are vital if the truth is to be uncovered. If there is too much tough talk, a culture of omerta can be expected; yet, no-one is likely to be offering an amnesty. I do, however, have a lot of confidence in the lady Judge who has picked up the poisoned chalice: she is v astute.
