cosmetic surgery for victims of fire and those in medical need of it would be okay, but other than that all cosmetics and cosmetic surgery are off limits.
i think their would be fewer pregnancies to start with
. all that grey hair that guys like to disguise, all the wiggary done away with, if you're bald you're seen to be bald. while some women look stunningly beautiful without make up on some look stunningly rough 
what would be the implications of such a world.
would vanity decrease? what would it do to the modelling industry. what would be the implications?
