Amphetamines have been around since WWI, and besides, look what they have done for Demi Moore!

How long after picking up the brush, the first masterpiece?

The goal is not to obfuscate that which is clear, but make clear that which isn't.

amphets' were the drug of my youth. (heroin has always been with us so it seems)
mick jagger referred to them as mother's little helpers.
god, i can still remember the names of most the caps and pills, how sad is that Big Grin

sadly the side affect of them are pretty bad if overused. demi must be paranoid to hell and back.

hi addy: yeah sadly we never know till kids have flippers for arms etc. that said this one is just a made up drink of green tea and other non offensive stuffs.

i once saw on star trek where worf got a new spine Big Grin it seemed to be poignant at the time.

Haha that's awesome Big Grin

I'm actually thinking about the chinese medicine stuff that's become popular since the whole natural health craze started. It's less regulated, and I'm not sure its actually safer just because its herbal. i know some chinese drugs have active ingredients that are quite like metamphetamines.
PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?

We have a lot of Chinese doctors here who use traditional remedies as complementary to mainstream medicine -- they're often quite effective in the right hands, but I'm very wary of "natural healers" and so forth. You can't cure cancer by reading someone's aura.
It could be worse

alternative medicine is okay if you're not i'll Hysterical
i'm sure it's good for some ailments but most ailments that are deadly need something more than a cup of green tea and a pin or two in your ass. i think it works best in tandem with conventional medicine.

thing is if they ever do come up with a genuine drug to get rid of fat or prolong life, it will cost too much for the general population.

which will have nothing to do with the actual cost of the drug, only economical value
