I actually agree with SJ, I am in better shape now than when I was 21(late bloomer) but I'd still like to go back to the year before I got married and run away!!!!

17 was a good year for me but i had some hairy ones after it.
i think the latest would be 23. as long as i kept my memory.

And there you have it. Billy only sprouted hair at 17, but didn't learn to shave until he was 23.
