PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?

They should've been chasing Paterno and Sandusky around throwing rocks at them. In my opinion Joe Pa is just as guilty because he knew and did nothing!!!!

I know, right? Defending something like that while turning around and hurling abuse at the victims is not being a football fan. It's a disgrace.

It made me that much madder because I always admired Joe Paterno . . . until now

or use the tazer.
i saw on the news in hospital (bbc) that the police were holding some guy for molesting a new born baby. every rib in it's body was broken. i turned it over before i began to cry a little.after reading this thread, i think some of the sentences these people get are over the top. shouldn't they just be struck down where they stand. i mean hacked apart. i refuse to look for an url to the piece but it is a real thing. all that money spent on a defence...well over the top.

right,totally over the top
but why seek 200.000 in damages?what does that have to do with anything?

Yeah, that part I'm not too sure about. Then again I'm not aware of the full details of the case (the kid seems to be recovering well enough, though). All I know is if what happened to that kid happened to a child of mine I'd be horrified and hella pissed off too.
