i didn't start writing any poetry till about ten years ago.
i wrote it on the pc. have put some of them on paper and saved them but in the main their just floating around on the ether Smile
never scribbled anything down on paper. have often thought something would be a great line for poetry, then when the time came to do a poem forgot what it was i wanted to write .

find myself forlornly staring into the distance these days, with pen and paper in hand, thinking Billy really needs some poetry in here.doesn't work for me that way

I write them, but they're not really poems yet when I write them on paper. Just random words and lines and scribbles Smile

When I'm really writing them down as a poem I do it on the PC already
PS. If you can, try your hand at giving some of the others a bit of feedback. If you already have, thanks, can you do some more?

I don't do it enough to have developed a pattern, but writing it down is
a must for me, and remembering where I wrote it is an additional challenge. [Image: smile.gif]

I hardly ever hand write verse, though for some reason I'm always buying pads and pens. I just prefer typing, and besides, my handwriting is shit.

I write best with typing in the pc, I type 120 wpm. And many times a scene will come when driving and a poem will hit my mind like a brick. I have a tablet in the car and I have to scramble and write down as I drive and hope I don't crash the car. Then I get home and type it into the pc.

I smile thinking of you here and wonder if you'll like the poem. (when i'm composing) i'm so glad for this group, it is a peaceful place, a great community and a wonderful outlet. Thanks for being my friends and I really like all of you. Smile
