same sex marriage i know but i'm looking for those little things that piss you off.
i got fined for not wearing a seat belt so for me, its
wearing a seat belt. more people die from smoking than from wearing a seat belt. why not fine anyone who smokes.

thanks for the fix bob, it can stay up though.
it shouldn't be against the law to take a camera anywhere that admits the public.
The sharing of computer files of any sort.

The British government agrees with you on that.
They put cameras everywhere the public goes.
i meant in cinemas or museums etc and i meant for the public to take a camera anywhere that admits the public.

Lets not restrict that to computer files. The copying and [*non-profit*] sharing of digital and/or otherwise cheaply reproducable media.
you two are buggers.
mmm i want to agree but i think some files should be kept private. emails for instance. some other stuff that could endanger people should it be leaked. (troop movements for instance)
but film, music and books and other media etc. i agree

Prostitution (United States)

The United States of America (federal government) does not have any laws prohibiting prostitution.
In the U.S., prostitution is prohibited in most places by state laws or local municipal ordinances.
But the whorehouses in Nevada are perfectly legal, and remain open for business.
More I know.
I want the U.S. to enforce freespeech on forums.

prostitution being made legal
i agree, it should. with monthly health checks etc.
as for enforcing free speech, if they did that it would no longer be free speech would it.
it would also mean most of the forums on the net closing down because they couldn't moderate against
free speech. how about one of us coming on your site and telling everyone where you live what your moms phone number is etc. ? be careful what you wish for.

Why?
because your body shouldn't be seen as an offense.
That's very true but, with bad eating habits there's some pretty nasty/offensive bods walking around. I think I would remain thankful for a law prohibiting indescent exposure.
But then I'm from the old school of modesty.
As for things that should not be against the law ...
marijuwana
seatbelts (excluding children)
prostitution though there should be strick guidelines such as true consent, age, and state of health.
Same sex marriages
file sharing
euthenasia

i never thought of euthanasia, yeah though again guidelines should be set down in
order to prevent murders.
i kinda agree that nakedness shouldn't be against the law but the pedos and perves would have a field day.

hehe thank god for that.
no, i didn't mean that. i meant if it wasn't illegal we'd have pedos and willy wagglers strutting their stuff all over the place. i suppose one would have something to hang the shopping on hehe.
i def agree that the human body has been made to seem unhealthy unless it's clothed which i don't agree with.

absolutely ... also to prevent greedy family members from wanting to get their hands on an early inheritence.

I was at a beach along our lake a couple of years ago which often is appreaciated by both clothes wearers and nudists. There were a couple of organic hippie moms with their young children enjoying the water and off to the side were a couple of hungry men with hanging tongues ... it gave a total disrespectfullness to what was a beautiful/wholesome scene.

i think third party car insurance should be mandatory lol
if you run someone over they have no cheap means of redress. here in the philippines you pay a small amount each year and your covered. i think mine was about 15 dollars u.s.
