Toggle god mode, toggle collision 
The first step is to kill the bride
at her wedding.  No problem 
Drop a statue on her head and dip.
Then the emperor (that's right)
will absolutely make an appearance 
Find out who his royal chef is,
impersonate him, then poison
him at his table and dip.  Easy
Enough, its actually his cousin 
Impersonating him, he'll be on a boat
Outside solitude, waiting for you.
Then kill the guy who pays you.

Perhaps the killing of St. Jack
preserved us from a dynasty
of Kennedys.  Yet viewing Bushes
and abortive Clintons one
inclines to wonder if a God
or sniper did us any favor
given vicious exploitation
of his deft assassination.

I got the comic assassination blues:
Bugs Bunny is dead
murdered in cold blood
by Elmer J. Fudd
another moment of dread.
Someone tell me it’s not true.

Hassan-i Sabbah fed Elmer on dreams
hashish made him a parrot
70 virgins to furrow.
Bugs left his burrow
smelling a quiche made of carrot.
Elmer’s shotgun silenced his screams.

Another dark day for the Toon in us,
so many martyred tripsters.
In his mountain fastness
grows Hassan’s evil vastness.
These colorful happy hipsters
cut down in the prime of their looniness.

First Sylvester, then Tweety, and Porky too
killed by drug-crazed Yosemite Sam.
That vicious old prophet!
How can we stop it?
He’s a murderous sham
but I’ve got an end for his malefic coup:

From Walt Disney’s immortal animation
We recruit Snow White
and Jiminy Cricket
it’s just the ticket
an atom bomb in a kite
fitting end to Hassan:  nuclear damnation.

Because there's no blood
there are those people
who think it's okay
to lie publicly
about someone else.
Better still if those people
can get you and me
to believe the lies.
That's why I don't
trust politicians.

This is truly delightful - admirable structure and allusions.  I went so far as to fantasize how Snow White and Jiminy Cricket could, between them, constitute a critical mass... but decided against it.  Wish upon a star, and get one... short-lived, but sufficient.

We have this proud tradition
where our least able leaders
happen to be real good
at killing all their betters,
chopping them up with bolos
or shooting them down on tarmacs,
then burying with their bodies
even the notion that they're mortal:
"The Americans are winning
because Andres switched sides",
"The nation remains poor
because of Ninoy's slander"---
This is why all of our leaders
are only ever imps or clowns.
