Revolving door

Nice to have met you--
please, visit again.
Oh, it seems you have arrived.
Seat yourself!
Joys abundant.
I am just grinning ear to ear to hear that.
Goodbye!
Hello.
I could've swore you were here before,
and you were.
I know.
Farewell, until seconds later, when you; my dearest friend, return.
I'll guide you along if you wish.
Just a slight nudge in the right direction.
Back again I see.
Welp, would you care for some tea?
Good, I was out anyway.
You know what this reminds me of?
You walking out the door.
But you turned around for some reason.
Have a nice day.
Now please go away.
Forgot something?
Yeah sure, I'll help you look for it.

If this is a poem that is referring to visitors who just won't leave your house, I totally understand the feeling. I practically vowed never to have my inlaws over after the first time they came and stayed long past the time I was hoping they would go (it doesn't help that they're not the friendly sort). Now, the only visitors that keep coming over and staying past their welcome are the flies here and if I catch them I don't help them look for something they forgot. I just kill them lol
