Hey, drivel dribble,

I scratch and I scribble,

The nib jumped over the blot;

The tense now and then

Went from whence to when,

And my pen ran away with the plot.

Holy moly, I so thoroughly enjoyed this--particularly the final line. It took me by surprise and effectively added an even greater sense of whimsy to the piece. Well done, philip.

Hi philip,
enjoyed the read.
Wondered why it was 'the nib' but 'my pen'?

Best, Knot

Hello Knot,

Only just noticed your comment.

You 'wondered' ? - some things must remain a mystery....

Appreciate your encouragement...........P
