It was come second. Then I changed it back to came. Came makes it more definite and unchangeable that we were never from the same world.

Admirably brief and, well, admirable. The first, in particular, strikes a chord (oh! the lost red planet!)
Ahem. Not to detract from simplicity and brevity, but we forget the third (or social) finger: in opposition to the thumb, it forms the firm base from which the index finger (ex)presses its decision. It's needed even with rayguns (trust me on this).
But seriously, very good.

I don't ever know what to think of what's not seriously. Everybody plainfully knows that I have no sense of humor. Or that my sense of humor is flawed by human frailty.
