Good fun. I don't have the apparatus to consider the Iliad (or, perhaps, poetry in general) in detail, but I'm obsessed with the show, so if anyone wishes to continue the discussion, I could probably help out. I sort of grew up with this show, as well as with Greek Myth, so this discussion holds a very special place in my heart.

I like "Adventure Time" myself.
How long after picking up the brush, the first masterpiece?

ah, rick and morty is also good -- it's pretty compressed compared to adventure time, i think, since it only has 10 episodes per season, whereas however short the episodes in adventure time are, the best of them are often as heavy as the best rick and morty episodes, and there are usually 52 episodes per season there. that said, in my opinion the best adventure time seasons come a little later, right around seasons three and four, when the show starts growing up, in the many senses of the term, so if you find it not to your liking the first two seasons, i suggest patience.
i could -- should? -- probably introduce more detailed points on the show, but perhaps i should wait until the final season is finished: then i'll binge the whole all over again, and see if anything fresh comes up. then again, you seem to be just entering into the show, so perhaps you'd end up being the one with more talking points.
