I'm going on vacation for a week and while this shouldn't interfere with posting any of the prompts, my own responses to those prompts will probably be inconsistent until I'm back.
Thanks all, Todd

Nice, Todd, I've struggled in the past with that, your list will surely help (though not me this year
).Well done, start to finish, great job.

Todd, thank you for this month! You've been great, the prompts made me think differently. I hate to see it come to an end. One final poem, then revision.
I'm glad you've enjoyed it, Mercedes. I've enjoyed supplied the prompts. The personal writing either flows or it doesn't but it usually takes me about 3-6 months to determine if there's anything I want to pursue. I loved reading all the poems from everyone.
Thank you Ella

On one side I don't ever want to do this again!
But on the other it might be the best way to juice any topic! Actually, this has been my favorite thing about writing in a very long time, thanks to everyone!

I also don't want to do this EVER AGAIN.
I'll totally be here next year. It's like childbirth: you forget the pain and that's what allows you to do it all over again. And again. Yes, the prompts have been lovely. They gave direction without being restricting. Thank you, Todd. > <

Yes!! Thank you Todd for facilitating this metaphysical ride.
Everybody was amazing... in different ways... and that's even better. (04-30-2017, 02:23 PM)Lizzie Wrote: I also don't want to do this EVER AGAIN. Childbirth analogies always make me glad to have not experienced it (from the mom side at least). A month... I feel like I've been somewhere else, for a lot longer, and there were all these other people on the bus with me... Loved it, but I swear I'll never do it again for at least 10 months. (PWoF* doesn't count cause it's a lot easier.) * PWoF - PigPen Write of Fall, for all you peoples who haven't heard about it is the baby sibling of NaPM. It starts each year on the Autumnal Equinox (for us Northern Hemispherians) which means this year it will start on: Friday, September 22. It's like NaPM only it's just 10 poems and you have 2 days to do each one. See you there... ![]()

Todd - thanks so much for your prompts. And thanks to the site for letting me be a part of this wonderful celebration.

These prompts have made me sweat, Todd, and I'm not even done them all yet. Thanks for putting them up.
And so many times I'd read the poems submitted and go 'awww, hell, that's just too dam good'. Luckily I would only read them after my submission or I'd never have posted any.

I'm fine with that as long as you're still the beautiful face of the event. People need a strong leader for these ordeals. So, tell me: are we going to be allowed to use vowels in our poems this time?
