we have tilapia at least once a week, deep fried till the skins crispy. and the flesh is nice and soft. it tastes spot on. lemon, vinegar or both.
btw. please post all food posts in this thread please/mod

On the menu today.... pan fried skinned chicken breasts in olive oil, butter, salt, pepper, sweet Basile, garlic and hot peppers with pirogies pan fried in 2 inches of vegetable oil toped with sweet Basile, melted medium cheddar and sour cream.
