Whats your favorite forum and why?

so what one is it and why do you like it? I'll start off and tell you mine.
the one I like the best and still post in is The Raptor Pit. The pit is the absolute best Overclocking club in the world. Home to the worlds top overclockers and tech specialists. If there's a problem you can't find a fix for then these guy's and gals can fix it. There are engineers there that write custom driver's for the top brand name hardware manufacturers world wide. Custom Bios versions as well. I have custom drivers for nvida graphics cards thanks to the pit. Altho this is not a place for pirates and such discussion will get you banned there the knowledge base is invaluable. Back when Abit sold out and closed down it's forums the pit opened it's doors and took all of the Abit refugees in with out reserve. We have been there ever since. Almost all of the admins/mods and Elite members are Ex Abit people. It's the official/unofficial Abit tech support spot on the net along with alot of others that would surprise you.

besides this one, it's probably s/bay. good people, good postings, good help for everything pirate, and the void.
for a site, i like rslog. maybe we can start a thread and put links to the sites in it.
even though the pirate bay is evolving it'll still be a fave site of mine.

Just looked...how do you D/L there, it sends you to a site and i think you need to pay there.

no. you have to find the right site,
if its there you'll often find it in tp listing shortly afterward. just check which version of teh film it is. rapidshare is free as are a lot of others. just remember the pay sites and avoid them, you'll get used to them over time.

example; if the rslog release is avatar blah blah blah

just type avatar in and look for that release in the list of uploads at tpb. etc

Same thing as sumo bay. It's a run around though bill. I don't use TPB anymore and i am not putting it down. Just that it's too much hassel most of the time. The adverts and the crazy ass redirects. Thats not just bullshit like everyone lets on man. Lot of bad shit going on there for some reason. Still a good site with lots of good shit there but i find the same elsware without the hassel. I'll catch shit for that for sure from VF but it's the truth.

i have no trouble getting the downloads i want from there,
or a few of the other sites. i'll sort a forum out later and people can put which file sharing sites they use on it.

Don't get me wrong, if i want somethig there i can get it. That shit does not happen every time but it does happen and when it does if your not prepaired for it then it's a bit of a fuck around man.
