Time, drifting away like sand across a dune.
It appears an endless desert to the young, with most of their time ahead of them
But as they age the dunes shift beneath their feet and they see the hourglass.
They see the sand pouring out from under them and realize they have wasted themselves.
Now they must work to cling to life.
They scorned the old and let their time sift away, and as their desert sinks from view, they see their folly.
But it is too late to walk the desert, they wasted their time hating the sand.
It appears an endless desert to the young, with most of their time ahead of them

They see the sand pouring out from under them and realize they have wasted themselves.
Now they must work to cling to life.
They scorned the old and let their time sift away, and as their desert sinks from view, they see their folly.
But it is too late to walk the desert, they wasted their time hating the sand.
