I went to my father who was reading Qur'an in the living room
I told him he was going to be with my mother in Paradise very soon
He smirked and said, "Good good."

So I went to my mother who was boiling tea in the kitchen
I told her she was going to be with my father in Paradise very soon
She sighed and yelled, "I have to be with him there too!?"

My father heard
But he did not say a single word
So I laughed and left her with her disappointment

And soon I saw from the hallway that they were both smiling
As if they were both already there
Enjoying every single moment of it

I don't see any trouble with this one. It's a nice poem.
I think it's really cute. at the end I had a total visual of the situation and felt it too.
I liked this... it depicts, to me, the ultimate aspiration that we all share. That is to say that we all dream of a relationship such as this where we all found our ideal place in life... if that makes sense. Good job though, I felt myself really craving this type of relationship.
Fathima, thanks for the read Smile I thought this was going somewhere else, but I was glad when I got to the end. Nice read. Noting wrong with it for me.
