It's That Time of Year
when light and dark are equals

for a moment.

Colors change;
can you?

I always enjoy solstice/equinox poems. They come with so much inherent metaphor. We had a thread full of them a few years back. The last line reminds me a little of the last line from Bukowski's "Bluebird." (in a good way)
Consider a few tweaks for immediacy. (or not)

when light and dark are equal (maybe even equal(s)

Colors will change

Not really suggestions so much as angles worth thinking about.

Thanks Paul-

I did consider, and do appreciate your angles. I also appreciated the link.
